EP1319 Crystal Clear Casting Epoxy Resin

 

 

 

 

EP1319 is an extremely clear casting epoxy for sealing, encapsulating and beautifying most surfaces.  EP1319 will cure to a clear, smooth, high-gloss finish.  EP1319 will waterproof and provide protection against environmental exposure, cleaners and most solvents.  EP1319 exhibits excellent impact resistance and adheres to most surfaces including concrete, metal, wood and fiberglass.  EP1319 is tintable by using Eager Polymers EP7701 transparent dyes, INSTINT color dispersions,  EP7702 opaque pigments and other special effects pigments.

 

EP1319 is widely used in zoological and marine environments, amusements parks, dioramas, modeling, bar tops, live-edge tables and industrial applications such as flooring.  EP1319 is 100% solids containing no solvents.

EP1319 should not be poured thinner than ¼” thick.  All applications and dimensions vary, therefore testing should be done to determine maximum thickness that should be poured.

 

For marine environments with aquatic life contact, allow 5 – 7 days full cure at 77F before covering with water.  For table & bar top applications allow 5 – 7 days full cure before placing items onto the surface.
